3. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the sosrotogel platform. Ownership of more than one account by the same individual is a violation that may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with their balances, with no right of appeal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. sosrotogel will never ask for your account password through any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, contact our support team immediately.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before users can make a withdrawal. Documents uploaded during the verification process must be original and valid. sosrotogel reserves the right to reject or delay withdrawal requests if verification has not been completed or if submitted documents do not meet the required standards.
Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be temporarily deactivated. Users will be notified in advance and can reactivate their accounts by contacting the support team.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the sosrotogel platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are their own. sosrotogel reserves the right to decline or hold transactions suspected of originating from illegitimate sources.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply according to the payment method selected and are subject to change at any time. Up-to-date information on transaction limits is available in the cashier section once the user is logged in. Any applicable transaction fees will be disclosed transparently before the process is confirmed.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the account holder. sosrotogel does not process payments to third parties. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method used and may be affected by the verification process and prevailing banking system conditions.
Transaction errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the user (such as an incorrect account number) are entirely the user's responsibility. sosrotogel will make every effort to assist with the investigation process, but cannot guarantee fund recovery in such cases.
5. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use the sosrotogel platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any method intended to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from colluding with other players, transferring their account to another party, or using someone else's account. Any form of cheating will be treated seriously and may result in legal action. Users are also responsible for gambling responsibly and setting limits that are appropriate for their financial means.
Users are responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. sosrotogel is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to an account caused by a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
6. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property Rights
sosrotogel provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
All content available on the sosrotogel platform, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of sosrotogel or parties that have licensed it to us. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using such content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Links or references to third-party websites that may appear on the platform do not imply that we endorse or are responsible for the content of those sites. Use of third-party sites is entirely the user's responsibility and is subject to the policies of each respective site.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
